In her career, Jessica has worked extensively with AmLaw 100 firms, guiding attorneys and practice groups through client and practice analysis to execute impactful business development initiatives. She has also been a driving force behind organizational transformation, navigating teams through mergers and reorganizations, redefining processes, and implementing metrics that improve efficiency and demonstrate value.

With an MBA and a deep understanding of advanced analytics and technology platforms, Jessica excels at bridging the gap between technology and strategy. Her analytical approach and passion for enabling teams to thrive in competitive markets make her a trusted partner in the legal industry.

A long-time Gator fan, Jessica grew up in Florida but now resides in Denver with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, golf, yoga, and volunteering with Colorado Uplift Guild.
